ALL IN Prayer

Immediate prayer needs of the construction project:

• Pray for the selection of the right lending institution for the construction loan
• Pray for the bidding process and for the right subcontractors to have the best interest of the church in their proposals
• Pray for the Pre-Construction Stewardship meeting on 4/30 – the architect will host potential subcontractors to overview the project for the attendees and present the construction documents. Subcontractors will be able to ask specific questions, make suggestions, and offer value engineering ideas for the project. The goal of the pre-construction stewardship meeting is to bring clarity to the construction documents, produce more accurate proposals and invite suggestions from the specific trades.
